Single Component AM-45
AM-45 is a one-component adhesive meeting the D2 standard (DIN EN 204), specifically designed for finger jointing and end-to-end bonding.
A. CHARACTERISTICS:
- Main component: PVAc Resin.
- Solid content: 30 – 33%.
- Color: Milky white.
- Viscosity: 20,000 – 22,000 cps.
- pH value: 4.0 – 6.0.
AM-45 meets DIN EN 204 Class D3 (European Standard) and JAS (Japanese Standard).

Notes:
- The quality of the glue joint depends on weather conditions, type of wood, pressing force, and length of the wood joint. Please contact us for further support.
- Always close the cap tightly after use to prevent air exposure.
- Shelf life is up to 6 months if kept sealed.
- Wear rubber gloves throughout the working process.
- Wash with soap and water if glue gets on skin or clothing.
- Clean tools immediately after use.
Storage:
- Store in a cool, ventilated place at a temperature between 5°C – 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
