EB 5211 Adhesive and C155 Veneer Bonding

EB 5211 is a Polyvinyl Acetate Homopolymer adhesive used in veneer bonding technology. EB 5211 offers high bonding strength and, when combined with other components, accelerates drying and extends usage time. It is non-toxic and safe for users.

Characteristics:

• Solid content: 40 ± 1%.
• Color: Milky white.
• Viscosity (at 30ºC): 4,500 – 5,000 cps.
• pH: 4.0 – 5.0.

Instructions:

EB 5211: 200 grams.

Ure formaldehyde C-155: 1000 grams.

Industrial wheat flour: 400 – 500 grams.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tank and stir thoroughly for 15 to 20 minutes using a cowless disc stirrer until the mixture is homogeneous.

Usage:

Mix the mixture thoroughly with appropriate tools, then use a roller or adhesive spreading machine to apply onto the surface of the material to be bonded. Next, place the material on the pressing machine.

The normal drying time for the product is 45 minutes at 30℃ and 1-3 minutes at 90℃.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, ventilated place at a temperature between 5°C – 30°C, away from direct sunlight.

• Plastic container: 1200 kg.
• Metal drum: 200 kg.
• Plastic can: 20 kg.
• URE FORMALDEHYDE: 200 kg drum or 1200 kg plastic container
