Single Component OKDABONDTM FJ – 18
OKDABOND™ FJ-18 is a one-component adhesive that meets the D3 standard (DIN EN 204). It is specifically designed for bonding softwood, dowel joints, mortise and tenon joints, and finger joints. The product is widely used in the wood processing industry due to its low viscosity, short setting time, and excellent water resistance.
A. CHARACTERISTICS:
- Main component: PVAc Resin.
- Solid content: 40 – 42%.
- Color: Milky white.
- Viscosity: 20,000 – 22,000 cps.
- pH value: 4.0 – 6.0.
OKDABOND™ FJ-18 meets DIN EN 204 Class D3 (European Standard) and JAS (Japanese Standard).

Notes:
- The quality of the glue joint depends on weather conditions, type of wood, pressing force, and length of the wood joint. Please contact us for further support.
- Always close the cap tightly after use to prevent air exposure.
- Shelf life is up to 6 months if kept sealed.
- Wear rubber gloves throughout the working process.
- Wash with soap and water if glue gets on skin or clothing.
- Clean tools immediately after use.
Storage:
- Store in a cool, ventilated place at a temperature between 5°C – 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
