Two-Component Adhesive AM-19

AM-19 adhesive combined with EB – HBA catalyst is a two-component adhesive specifically designed for horizontal bonding and mortise-and-tenon joints. It offers high water resistance and heat resistance.

A. PROPERTIES:

• AM-19 / EB-HBA adhesive offers high bonding strength, excellent water resistance, and contains no formaldehyde toxins. It has higher heat resistance compared to PVAC glue.
• The quality of AM-19 / EB-HBA meets DIN EN 204 Class D4 (European Standard) and JAS (Japanese Standard) standards.

B. USAGE:

Notes:

• The quality of the bonded joint depends on weather, type of wood, pressing force, length of the panels, etc. Please contact for support.
• Always tightly seal the catalyst container after use to prevent outside air from entering.
• Use within 6 months if kept sealed.
• Wear rubber gloves throughout the working process.
• Wash with soap and water if the glue gets on skin or clothes.
• Clean tools immediately after use.

Storage: Store in a cool place, temperature between 5℃ – 30℃, away from direct sunlight.
