Single Component AM-18
AM-18 is a one-component adhesive meeting the D3 standard (DIN EN 204), specifically designed for bonding softwood, high-density wood, dowel joints, mortise and tenon joints, and finger joints. It is widely used in the wood processing industry. The adhesive features high viscosity, short setting time, and good water resistance.
A. CHARACTERISTICS:
- Main component: PVAc Resin.
- Solid content: 42 – 45%.
- Color: Milky white.
- Viscosity: 20,000 – 22,000 cps.
- pH value: 4.0 – 6.0.
AM-18 Adhesive meets DIN EN 204 Class D3 (European Standard) and JAS (Japanese Standard).

Notes:
- The quality of the glue joint depends on weather conditions, type of wood, pressing force, and length of the wood joint. Please contact us for further support.
- Always close the cap tightly after use to prevent air exposure.
- Shelf life is up to 6 months if kept sealed.
- Wear rubber gloves throughout the working process.
- Wash with soap and water if glue gets on skin or clothing.
- Clean tools immediately after use.

- Store in a cool, ventilated place at a temperature between 5°C – 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
